Jedes Rezept unserer Küche spiegelt die große Leidenschaft für Tradition wieder. Die Qualität der Speisen und ein guter Service sind für uns die Grundvoraussetzung um Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen.

Das zentrale Restaurant

Es verfügt über einen klimatisierten Bereich und eine Veranda, von der aus Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten am Pool genießen können.
Die Mahlzeiten werden in Form eines internationalen Buffets serviert.
Freitags gibt es ein typisch sardisches Abendessen, bei dem Sie typische Gerichte unserer Insel genießen können. Ein halber Liter Rot- und Weißwein des Hauses und mikrofiltriertes Wasser sind in den Mahlzeiten enthalten.

In den Monaten April, Mai, September und Oktober ist die Vollpension mit Mittagsbuffet möglicherweise nicht verfügbar. Aus organisatorischen Gründen behält sich die Direktion das Recht vor, zum Mittagessen nur das À-la-carte-Restaurant am Strand zu öffnen.

Unser Buffetangebot umfasst Gerichte, die auf die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste abgestimmt sind. Wir legen großen Wert auf Unverträglichkeiten und Allergien. In unserem Buffet finden Sie die Reiter mit der Angabe der Allergene für jedes einzelne Gericht. Sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Mittag- und Abendessen finden Sie spezielle glutenfreie Produkte. Unsere Küche bietet eine reichhaltige Speisekarte mit lokalen Produkten und internationaler Küche, die ganz auf diejenigen zugeschnitten ist, die auf Gluten verzichten wollen oder müssen.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihre Unverträglichkeit oder Allergie bei der Reservierung anzugeben, und während Ihres Aufenthalts sollten Sie sich an unser Personal wenden.

*In der Nebensaison behält sich die Direktion das Recht vor, zu entscheiden, ob das Strandrestaurant anstelle des Hauptrestaurants geöffnet wird.
